Taste: Was a little weak. Too much taste to be subtle, but not exciting enough to be primary. A little bit bitter.
Preparation: Pretty short. Saute, simmer, and otherwise melt.
Recipe: Straightforward recipe, simple enough. Cream, blue cheese, parmesan, and melt. Then pour it over the alfredo. oooooh.
Cost: 4oz of blue cheese, a cup of parmesan, a pint of heavy cream. Basically all three items are a whole container, which means no reusability, and pricy.
