Taste: Maybe a high 4. Missing a bit of something, but still damn good. Of course, it has apples, brown sugar. And something else. Who cares what it was 
Brown Sugar. Warm Apples.
Preparation: Peel, core, slice apples. Thats really the hard part. Melt butter, mix flour sugar and spice, add butter & egg, pour over apples. Really simple to do, but really good.
Recipe: I threw brown sugar into the butter when i was melting it, so the glaze had a caramel haze to it rather than the yellow then golden the recipe suggests. I think it worked well, and once you have that much sugar, a drop more don’t mean nothin’ 
Cost: Apples. Brown Sugar. flour, eggs, sugar, cinnamon. butter. Yeah, so really like a couple bucks. Dirt cheap, and kills diets dead. Under 5$, share. 15$ if you have to buy everything and end up with a bunch of spice to hold on to for next time. But we don’t really count that
