Broccoli was kindof overshadowed by all the egg, though. Not sure what to do about that, offhand, since it already had almost TOO MUCH broccoli
Preparation: Biggest deal here was sauteeing the broccoli with the butter & garlic. Otherwise just shredding cheese and mixing stuff. Pretty straightforward. The actual recipe title is “Easy Broccoli Quiche” so that could explain how easy it was
Recipe: First time out with this recipe, but I tossed aside the onion and added way extra butter b/c it didn’t seem to be near enough. Otherwise, the recipe looked downright workable. Came out well, so that’s a recommendation for it too
Cost: Broccoli. Mozeralla. Pie crust. A real amount of eggs Around 7$ again. A lot of that going to the mozerella. Broccoli doesn’t really keep that long, if you’re using fresh, so that keeps the price over 5$ depending on the season. If you get it right, probably Broccoli Quiche
