Taste: Taste was a bit off. Chips kept scorching :/ The few that weren’t burnt tasted good.
Preparation: Damned simple. 6th’s of corn tortillas. Olive oil brush, season, bake.
Recipe: 5min@350 didn’t work. I ended up doing 14 min @ 350. 12-13 were too soft/bendy (no crunch; center wasn’t cooked) … 14 scorched. I’ll play with the temps next time i think. maybe 300 for 18, maybe 400 for 8 don’t know which would be more effective …
Cost: Wooooo! 36 corn tortillas for like 3$. Heck, the electricity to run the oven probably cost me almost as much as the tortillas
