Taste: Downright tastey. Got rave reviews from everyone. Didn’t scorch either 
really, i suppose, the taste is largely from the seasonings and salsa, but they weren’t bad straight up when i was testing for doneness
Preparation: 6ths of a pita. Split the bits (or open them up for larger chips), brush with oil, season, cook. Hard to argue for simpler
Recipe: Recipe worked well. I cut the time from 5min to 4min, but that could just be b/c i’m using the “bread oven,” which is smaller so could easily end up a higher concentrated temp. Or less time on the drift down on temp before reheating (either slower drift, or smaller, since it’d be detected easier)
Cost: Pack of 12 mini-loaves was ~5$ (less i think). I only used 6, and it made a good amount. 12 would make a reasonably large bowl of chips i think.
