Week of 4 March 2007
Here’s the menu for this week. Not sure what day we’re starting menus, but last night’s dinner was part of it, so probably sunday-saturday. we also tend to grocery shop on sunday, so it works out 
- Feta & Spinach Stuff Salmon
- Fish Stir-fry
- Pasta Casserole
- Tacos
- Corn Chowder
- Leftover Casserole
- Baked Potatoes
The added beauty is that, for instance, the casserole and the stir-fy will both also provide me lunches.
We’re not menu-ing side veggies, but we did pick up broccoli, asparagus and green beans, so that should cover some. chowder, potatoes and tacos don’t really seem like side dish things, and the stir-fry has veggies going into it, so tht’s one a piece!
