Flavour: I want to call it a dark caramel. Funny thing about “tastes” in things like this — without a common point of reference, it’s meaningless 
I don’t even know what “Dark Caramel” would be! But the beer tasted somewhat caramelly, but with a bit of a more cooked maybe? taste. It’s not “burnt” but it’s definitely stronger. Heavier maybe, not quite as sweet.
Color: I actually drank this last weekend, so I’m doing this from memory, but I believe it was a medium dark. You could see light through it, but you couldn’t make anything out. Of course, I almost always drink from the bottle, so the bottle color effects that, but I don’t believe the beer was very light.
Likeability: I actually really liked it. Definitely one of the ones on the list for repeating.
The website says it has an IBU of 40 (international bitterness unit, scale of 100), which is pretty solid.
