Taste: Tastes like an amber, but with a bit of a smoother flavor.
And not red, more yellow. It’s Ciliac Sprue friendly. It’s a gluten-free beer! Made from sourghum.
Color: Yellow. Not to say ‘gold’, even
Likeability: I liked it. Definitely something I wouldn’t mind picking up on occasion. And given my dietary problems, the fact that this is actually a Celiac friendly, gluten-free beer … That’s something worth backing! It’s made from sorghum, impressively. I think it worked really well. So far it’s their only beer, but I’m guessing they’ve got others in the works and this one worked up best first. But if they come out with some darker stuff too, i’m gonna be all over this brand as one of my prefs i think.
IBU: 15-20? Site doesn’t say, but it wasn’t bitter like a stout, closer to a lager.
