Tommyknocker Butthead

Taste: Rich. Full. The site says “caramel”, and I wasn’t sure of the taste but I’d say that was a reasonable descriptor. Or like Dulche de Leche (which may be caramel, I never remember for SURE ; but it’s a slightly different taste off caramel squares).
Colour: Dark. I forgot to put it in a glass (I was busy playing Bioshock at the same time), but from looking at the bottle when it got emptier, I think it was a medium dark. Not black as pitch Guiness, but fairly dark still.
Likeability: Oh god, this one was GOOD. I might actually start digging up how to get my hands on a sick pack of this for occasionals.
IBU: Don’t know offhand, but it wasn’t real bitter. I’d guess 25ish maybe, but I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t really understand the IBU thing.
